Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Dairibord Holdings Limited (the Company) declared a final dividend of US$693,792 (0.19 US cents per share) for the year ended 31 December 2025, payable in respect of all the ordinary shares of the Company.
The dividend will be paid as per the following timelines:
