Setting targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain, from farms to processing and distribution.

Working with dairy farmers to adopt practices that reduce environmental impact through:

  • Working closely with dairy farmers to ensure a stable supply of high-quality milk
  • Supporting farmers with training and resources
  • Working closely with all suppliers for sustainable procurement of raw and
    packaging materials and other supplies
  • Promoting fair pricing practices

Investing in innovation to improve efficiency in production and distribution, reduce costs, and develop new sustainable products.

Supporting local communities through the below focus areas:

    1. Support nutrition programs for the vulnerable (elderly and orphaned)
    2. Support healthy lifestyle programs

    1. Farmer support – Development of small- scale farmers for participation in growth of national raw milk production for income generation and nutrition
  • Employment creation
    1. Employment of over 1000 permanent and contract workers
    2. Providing over 800 vending opportunities each year, with a focus on empowering women

    1. Gender Inclusivity: target of 30% female employees by end of 2026
