Further to the Cautionary Statement issued on 10 July 2026, the Board of Directors of Dairibord Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to advise shareholders and the investing public that it has been informed by Equivest Asset Management (Pvt) Ltd, Mega Market (Pvt) Ltd and Mutare Mart & Exchange (Pvt) Ltd (together, the “Significant Shareholders”) that they have submitted a merger notification to the Competition and Tariff Commission in connection with the proposed disposal of their aggregate shareholding, to a third party (the “Transaction”).
Further to the Cautionary Statement issued on 29 July 2026, shareholders and the investing public are further advised that the proposed voluntary delisting of the Company from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, immediately followed by its listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (the “Migration”), remains in progress. Further details regarding the Migration will be provided in a Circular to Shareholders, which will be issued in due course.
The Transaction and the Migration, if successfully concluded or implemented, may have a material effect on the market price of the Company’s shares. Accordingly, shareholders and members of the investing public are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
Further announcements will be made in accordance with the applicable regulations and listing requirements as and when there are material developments.
