Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Dairibord Holdings Limited (“the Company”) wishes to advise shareholders that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) has been postponed. The postponement is necessary to allow the Board sufficient time to consider a potential strategic transaction which may have material impact on the Company and its shareholders.
The Board believes it is in the best interest of shareholders that the AGM be deferred to ensure that any decisions taken at the AGM are made with full information and in light of the contemplated transaction.
A revised AGM date, time and venue will be communicated soon to shareholders.
The Registrar of Companies has approved the extension for holding the AGM up to 30 September 2026.
The Company would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to all stakeholders.
