10-Minute Steak Marinade

(This marinade is best-used on beef or lamb. Where possible, allow to marinade overnight for maximum flavor)
 ½ cup Rabroy Tomato Sauce
 ¼ cup Dry White Wine
 ½ cup Oil
 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 2 5 cm piece ginger grated
 1 tsp Italian Mixed Herbs

Combine all ingredients in a large dish

Add Meat and turn to coat

Allow to marinate for 1-2 hours occasionally turning
