50 g Fresh Breadcrumbs
250 ml Dairibord Milk
1 tbsp Butter
50 g Grated Gouda Cheese
Salt and Pepper
¼ tsp Mustard
1 Egg

Heat milk with butter and then pour over breadcrumbs in a small basin. Soak for 30 minutes

Mix mustard seasoning with egg yolk and add to milk mixture with grated cheese

Whisk egg white until stiff and fold into mixture

Pour into a greased pie dish and bake for approx. 30 minutes until custard sets.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot with tomato and lettuce salad.
